Amazing beachfront location, clean rooms, and convenient kitchen amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff, and a great bar scene at night.
Felt very well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

i come to montauk twice a year. normally i stay at the wavecrest. royal atlantic is convenient and right on the beach. the rooms need work and the overall look of the place. the property had great access to beach. beach front room had nice views and ability to lounge right outside deck. snack bar was close and food and drinks were great. breakfast was delivered right to our room also a plus. table in room and seats on deck worked for dining since restaurants are closed right now.
don’t have any issues at all 😊
